I am the missions pastor at Shiloh Community Church in Phoenix, AZ. We have 11 missionaries in 7 different countries, including Terry Dalrymple (Global CHE Network) and Scott Allen (Disciple Nations Alliance), who work in hundreds of countries around the world. I'm always trying to learn best practices from missionaries and other missions pastors.
