I am currently an Occupational Therapy student at Eastern Kentucky University. Over the years have become interested in medical missions, but I have never had the opportunity to serve in medical missions. I have traveled abroad in the United Kingdom, but have a desire to serve in a less developed country/ region. I have high hopes for the Occupational Therapy missions field of the future, but it seems that currently there are not many global mission opportunities for the field. I am seeking advice on how to expand my skills for international missions opportunities, and resources to find these opportunities. I feel that the Lord has given me these desires through His Spirit working in me, but am just getting started on pursuing this future dream and don't have a lot of knowledge about opportunities available. If anyone has any advice, feel free to message me! I am so excited to explore what the Lord is doing through medical missions all over the world and am grateful for all of those currently serving and making disciples! :)
