Cindy Blinn Steele is a girly girl who believes in a big God and loves with her whole heart. She knows and believes in the power of community.

She absolutely loves teaching nursing students. She's been doing it for almost 4 years. She wants to know you and
know what matters to you.

She believes:
You are a treasure.
You have something to give and something to receive.
It's important to have a growth mindset and it’s okay to make mistakes.
You are here to make lives matter.

She expects you to:
Be real, be honest, be brave, be safe, and be professional. Show self-initiative and respect for others. She wants you to strive to have a growth mindset - knowing it's okay to make mistakes as long as we learn from them.

She has spent her career as an advocate for women, children, and the homeless. Cindy engages heart and soul into everything she does. She’s the real-deal, a what you see is what you get kinda-girl. Her approach is refreshing. Ask her about her days as a professional kid hugger (a.k.a. Children’s Ministry Director) or as a Program Director of a transitional home for women in recovery from homelessness and substance abuse in San Francisco - you will be moved by the tales of transformation.

Cindy is currently making life matter as a nursing instructor, professional life coach, writer, motivational speaker, registered nurse and soon to be Family Nurse Practitioner.
