I have been following Jesus for about ten years now. I grew up attending church casually with my family. I knew enough Bible answers to keep people from digging too deeply. I gave my life to Christ when I realized that my morality didn't save me. God began to move in my heart to share the Gospel with all nations around age 15. The next two summers I went on a short term trip with iGo Global, and based on those experiences, decided to seek full time missions as a career path. The summer before my senior year of high school I went on another short term trip with iGo to North Africa. Sharing the Gospel in an underdeveloped culture completely changed my perspective. Experiencing that sort of deep suffering led my to pursue missions through medicine. I currently attend Austin College in Sherman, TX. I am in the process of waiting for interviews to medical school. I graduate in May. Besides all that, I like to play guitar and basketball. I also really enjoy writing. I have a twin brother and an older sister who is married with two boys. My parents have been married for 32 years. My dad is a consultant for companies that make rock bits and my mother is an executive at Chase bank.
