I'm a family physician in a small group practice where we take turns taking a year of sabbatical to serve overseas or in an area of need in the US. My wife Kathy and I have served 2 years in Kenya, 1 year on the island of Saipan, and a few weeks in Burundi and Rwanda. We're looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new people at the Conference!
