As a former Child Life Specialist at Children's Hospital of LA and a social worker serving families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down's Syndrome and a host of other developmental disabilities, I never thought my passion for medicine and missions mobilization would merge together. Yet, at GMHC, I discovered yet again that the Lord does not waste anything in our lives and He weaved together these two passions. The journey is not yet done and if He provides, I may be called to complete my MPH!
