Member Bio
I currently work as a nurse in adult general medical and respiratory. I love learning new things about other cultures. I volunteer with the Red Cross and the local public health district to provide education regarding home fires, disaster preparedness, and immunizations.
I am also extremely involved in my church. I participate in the tech ministry (running the projector and sound board on Sunday mornings). I am also involved in my small group and discipleship group as well.
My family plays a large role in who I am. I have grown up attending a missions conference every summer with my family. They are my support network and sounding board.
I have been out of the country twice. In 2010, I spent 2 months working with the urban poor in Nairobi. Then in 2014, I spent two weeks in Cambodia learning about the sex trade and devastation there.
