Working in a Federally Qualified Health Center has given me a small glimpse into the challenges that so many people throughout the world face. God has used my patients to teach me much - about His grace in the midst of horrific circumstances, and my weakness and inability to significantly change their circumstances. Since I was a child I dreamed of working in the majority world, where resources are limited and needs are great. I am now in a position to pursue working in the majority world, but I don't know where to start from a practical sense. Where in the world? With what organization? How to sense God's guidance in these things?
