An emergency room nurse, I have been a medical missionary since 1998, travelling to my native Liberia annually and helping to care for the most vulnerable of our society. In June, 2013, my husband and I opened ACRES, a free Community Clinic in my hometown, Millsburg, Liberia, in fulfillment of promises made to our late parents that we remember our less fortunate as we made it in life. To date, ACRES, under the aegis of our ACRES Community Assistance, registered in the State of Illinois has served nearly 10,000 patients, primarily women and children. Locally, I collaborate with, Morgan Park Pentecostal Church, to provide community health assistance. I delight in providing care for the sick.
