My healthcare experience started in a US Emergency Department first as a patient care tech & then 5 years as a Registered Nurse. My global health experience started with medical mission trips to Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Haiti. Since 2013 I have been living and working full-time in Sierra Leone as a medical missionary. I have helped open several Community Health Centers, conducted health training, and also helped with a number of different aspects of the recent Ebola response.
