Growing up as an immigrant and pastor's child, I organically blended a drive for hard work regarding my vocation and service within/as an extension of the life of the church. Completing my dental training as a NHSC Scholar in May 2016, I look forward to opportunities to provide care to underserved communities in a way that invests in their lives for improved oral health and more importantly abundant life today and for the eternity to come. I have particular interest in geriatric and special needs populations and hope to stay engaged in public health research/interventions and may consider part time/temporary or fully serving in an academic position in the US or abroad. Even with these interests, church planting, incarnational living, and ministry abroad remain on my mind.
