Micah's first international missions experience was at the impressionable age of 8. Now having three children of his own (all under the age of 6), he has turned his focus to helping organizations increase their impact and become more efficient at running short term trips. His goal is to make it so easy to run trips that organizations will consider doubling the amount of trips they run. That goal has spawned a creative enterprise that has helped hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals participate in short term trips in close to every country in the world: ServiceReef.com

In addition to being the co-founder of ServiceReef, Micah enjoys a wide variety of sports and outdoor activities with his beautiful wife and family in and around the Rocky Mountains/Denver area.
