I currently serve as the Director of International Healthcare Ministries for ABWE. ABWE has about 900 missionaries in 70 countries. About 15% are healthcare workers in 12 countries (some restricted.) Prior to coming to ABWE I was in nursing management in a large healthcare system in the US and also was the Director of Performance Improvement in the same facility. I work closely with 3 hospitals, consult with several others, work with mobilization, strategic planning for new healthcare works. I love engaging with students who are working through career decisions and trying to sort out where they think God wants them to serve.
