My name is Yna and i was born in the Philippines and currently residing in the United States of America. My passion in serving through medical mission started when i was in highschool where my Mom usually brought my twinsister and I to assist with the medications. Since my Mom was the pharmacist she's the one who prepares the medication and she will let us hand the medication to the people. This sparked a butning desire in my heart that's why I took Nursing. One more instance also was when I was in school in the Philippines there were a team of surgical missionary who came to the hospital where I was training for my Operating room Clinicals. There, I assisted with surgeries and was able to scrub for the operations. 2 of the operations performed. I've heard and saw the compassion these people have and how Christ moved through them. I want that kind of passion as well to serve in His kingdom for His
