First and foremost I am a Christian. Jesus Christ is Lord of my life. I have been married to a wonderful Christian man for 43 years. I work as an RN for Kaiser Permanente Northwest. My first career was Optician, and I have been an RN since 2007 with one year med-surg and since then sub-acute psych. I am particularly interested in women's health, human trafficking, and clean water issues. I am about 3 years from retirement as is my husband who is an optometrist. I am interested in short term missions at this time but am interested in exploring longer term opportunities for after retirement. India calls to my heart the most. That probably has something to do with the fact that one of my daughters in law was adopted from India at about age seven. (God works all things together for our good according to His purpose...) I hope to be able to find a place to serve where my husband may also be able to serve.
