Member Bio
I am a Physical Therapist and went to a Christian school called Loma Linda University. While there, I got connected to the Christian Medical and Dental Associations (CMDA) which is where I found fellowship. I also partook in a summer medical missions/training trip with the Medical Evangelism Training Strategies (METS) which is part of Campus Crusade. We learned how to provide spiritual care to our patients which I have taken into my practice as a PT. At my first PT job, I learned how to speak Spanish and fell in love with the culture and people. I have been on 3 medical mission trips to El Salvador with CMDA and 1 trip to Ecuador. I work as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist and am a staff director with the Christian Medical and Dental Association at Virginia Commonwealth University.
