Charles Mosler, Pharm.D., CGP, FASCP, Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice, The University of Findlay, College of Pharmacy: Charlie received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University, Ada, Ohio. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists. Charlie co-coordinates the NeuroPsych and Capstone modules at UF, as well as teaching geriatric pharmacotherapy topics throughout the curriculum. He also teaches the geriatric pharmacy, tropical medicine, and palliative care pharmacy electives. Charlie continues to practice as a consultant pharmacist for about 200 local nursing home residents and for a local long-term care pharmacy. He is also a preceptor of PharmD students in geriatric pharmacy, academia, and medical mission trips. His areas of interest include geriatric pharmacotherapy, long-term care, tropical medicine, medical missions, and the use of high-fidelity simulation in pharmacy education. He and his wife Alison, also a pharmacist, enjoy traveling and have participated in numerous medical mission trips around the world. Their 12 acre hobby farm between Ada and Bluffton, Ohio along with their 5 and 3 year old sons keep them busy.
