I serve as the executive director of a Kentucky-based nonprofit organization called Supplies Over Seas (SOS). We are a medical surplus recovery organization (MSRO). SOS partners with hospitals and health institutions to recover surplus medical supplies that would otherwise go into our landfills. These recovered supplies are brought to our warehouse in Louisville where volunteers sort, count, box and inventory the items until they are shipped to communities in need. SOS supports short term mission trips through our Medical Team Store (for hand carry on missions) and Custom Box program. We also support larger or long term missions through our Custom Pallet or Container Shipments programs. Visit us at www.suppliesoverseas.org
