Brief Biographical – Terry L. Dwelle MD, MPHTM, FAAP, CPH
Dr. Dwelle completed medical school, a pediatric residency and pediatric infectious disease fellowship from St. Louis University School of Medicine. He obtained a Masters of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and Preventive Medicine Residency from Tulane University. He completed a Community Health Evangelism Fellowship with Medical Ambassadors International. He was board certified in Pediatrics, Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Public Health (CPH) and has received the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene certification in Tropical and Travel Medicine. He was a medical missionary to East Africa 1991-2001 focusing on the development of Christian Community Based Health Care and Community Engagement projects. He is currently the State Health Officer for North Dakota.
