Member Bio

I am a Family doctor. My family and I served in various medical mission settings in several countries in Africa and the Middle East from 1990 to 2012. We lived in the Comoros Islands, Tunisia, Jordan, and Kenya, and I spent quite a few weeks in Somaililand, a semi-autonomous region of Somalia. Since 2012, we have been living in the Kansas City area and I have been teaching in the family medicine residency program at the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
