I grew up in Oklahoma, but my father was a business man whom traveled often. As a result, I had the opportunity to travel extensively most of my life but have limited experience living abroad. I have felt called to full-time medical missions from a very young age. I am currently a second year resident in Family Medicine at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. I am married. My wife is an attorney that currently works for the Department of Justice. Similar to me, she became a lawyer for the unique opporutniities that she felt it offered her in missions, especially in the area of human trafficking victim support.
