Val Tramonte is a physician who has a vision for bringing healing to people, not just treating diseases. A graduate of University of Nevada School of Medicine, Val completed his family medicine training at In His Image Family Residency Program in 2008, where he served as a faculty physician until October of this year. Val is currently beginning a sabbatical year to focus on Jesus, health, his recently expanded family, and rest. Val was recognized as Faculty Teacher of the Year in 2010 and has received other awards of merit as a Family Medicine Resident Teacher.
Val’s two main passions of preaching the Gospel and leading others toward intimacy in Christ are evidenced by the many retreats and international mission trips he has led, the last of which was a disaster relief trip to care for Syrian Refugees in Iraqi Kurdistan. Dr. Tramonte resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he spends time with his wife, Katie, and their three sons, Elijah (4), Solomon (3), and Silas (2 months).
