Four year ago after taking care of orphans and vulnerable children for thirteen years, the lord lead me to see the needs for medical missions. Recent information with statistics indicate that life expectancy in Nigeria is about 45 years!, especially, among the less privileged. Many people are dying from metabolic syndrome, which are treatable and also preventable through early detection and health education. This Lead me to Coordinate with volunteer group to create awareness of symptoms, prevention, treatment and complications of various diseases. Especially HIV, Hypertension, and Diabetes. This lead to medical campaigns. Where free blood pressure check and blood glucose check were done. Provided free medication and referral to hospitals.
