I have taken my wife and two teenagers on trips the last 2 summers to Tactic, Guatemala. They have both been wonderful experiences that we have all cherished. The Impact Ministries organization makes the trips very easy for me and my family. Both trips lasted about 10-11 days. These were easy to fit into my work schedule yet so worthwhile. Even though the medical care needed in the area is large, the people you meet and work with make the trip very pleasant and provides lasting memories. The children have beautiful smiling faces which are unforgettable and the people I've met and cared for have made lasting impressions on my whole family. I have been able to provide primary care to many patients who are in great need while doing so in a safe and loving Christian environment. My family and I have been provided with a beautiful mission house and safe environment to stay in, good interpreters, drivers and great food. While we have been on many mission trips as a family, we keep feeling called to go back to Tactic and are planning on more trips in the future.
