I have worked as a international child advocate for over 20 years. I am currently a consultant and executive with www.JAMSBooks.com. I believe in our mission of "empowering people through culturally relevant educational media." We create custom made reinforcement tools for you to leave with the people you serve, or utilize in preparing the people you serve. For example, the USNS Comfort Navy Humanitarian Ship utilized our educational resources to educate the families while they were waiting for hours to be seen by the doctors on the ship. Dr. Ric Bonnell utilizes a resource his adopted son created with JAMSBooks to educate the families in Haiti concerning diabetes prevention and care while directing them to the clinic established by Dr. Bonnell.
