I am currently working at Joni and Friends as the Administrative Coordinator for the Wheels for the World program.
Joni and Friends is an international ministry on a mission to communicate the Gospel and equip Christ honoring churches worldwide to evangelize and disciple people affected by disabilities.
Wheels for the World is a ministry program within Joni and Friends that custom fits donated wheelchairs to people affected by disability in developing countries and lovingly shares the Gospel with recipients and their caretakers. Wheels also makes efforts to equip local churches to include people affected by disability.
Wheels for the World relies on its partnership with people who volunteer their time towards the domestic collection, restoration, and distribution of mobility devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and crutches.
