hi I'm Kathy, Ive been in YWAM for 27 years, working in international health, training and working in the Indian Ocean region near to Australia. I have started three schools, primary health care, midwifery and medical missions schools as well as short term opportunities for medical professionals.
I have also started a program called "Simple Health Care" that educate and trains the oral learning cultures to understand basic health care, so they can teach people in their communities. Topics are presented in easy to understand messages, using pictures, posters and booklets. Simple Health Care - you can do it!!
At YWAM Perth, we faciliate medical professionals short term to go out to a variety of different nations to gain experience, exposure and confidence.
