Bethel Ministries International (BMI) aggressively seeks to rescue the often forgotten people with disabilities hidden away in homes and institutions in Guatemala. Sixteen years ago, God opened the doors for us to lead the "Ministerio Cristiano Bethel" wheelchair shop and distribution center in Chimaltenango, Guatemala. We repair and distribute over 1,500 wheelchairs annually. We host teams of volunteers from the USA and Canada that work along side of us in distributing wheelchairs, building homes, installing clean-burning stoves and providing educational sponsorships to children.
