Following Jesus' ministry of Good News to the Poor (Luke 4:18-20), Bread for the World helps Christians to speak up on behalf of our hungry neighbors in the US and around the world. We do that by (1) analyzing public policy in terms of its impact on hungry people, (2) providing excellent resources for educating and involving churches, campuses and other organizations on justice and hunger issues (3) calling Christians to timely action on critical legislation that impacts hungry people.
