The BUV Ministry founded by WIll Austin in Indianapolis is a non-profit public charity devoted to improving the lives of the world's poor by providing simple, low-cost vehicles to facilitate community transformation. We are focused on empowering people socially, economically, and spiritually. We are often identified as a "Business as Mission" enterprise. We have Basic Utility Vehicles (BUVs) in over 20 countries with 40 ministry partners.
