Cross Road Health Ministries, Inc. is a Christian non-profit organization that runs three community health centers in rural Alaska. The organization has been in existence for over 60 years and was started as a Christian ministry to the people in the Copper River Valley of Alaska. Since then, the ministry has grown to 3 medical clinics serving a sparsely populated area that is roughly the size of Illinois. Offering primary care and urgent care services in this environment is difficult and requires a deep reliance on God's provision of finances and qualified paid staff and volunteers.
