Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit Christian organization founded in 1987, committed to feeding God’s children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals specifically formulated for malnourished children, and we ship the meals to nearly 70 countries around the world. A single meal costs only 22 cents to produce, and 92 percent of total donations goes directly toward the food program. As an organization we recognize that aid plays a significant but limited role on the continuum of bringing a person or area through to a place of living a self-sustained life and we believe that relief remedies need to be coordinated closely with complementary programs that empower recipients to achieve self-reliance.
