Gift Health Plus is a New Jersey, USA based organization with a mission to help provide holistic and high quality healthcare to rural communities in Nigeria during our free medical missions. We are committed to helping build sustainable health facilities in rural Nigeria that are equipped to manage most diseases endemic to these communities. We are partnering with local communities, churches and credible non-governmental organizations to refurbish and upgrade existing health facilities or build new ones to meet their needs. Our long term goal is to facilitate a network of rural health centers that can collaborate on care giving and share resources including providers and specialized equipment.
