Hope Family Care Center, open since October 2009, is a subsidiary of a community development organization called The Hope Center. In place since 1998, The Hope Center is a community development organization that has primarily focused on youth development but has expanded into initiatives that include a charter school, medical clinic, housing and a neighborhood based church. Our Services Hope Family Care Center is a primary-care facility providing quality personal healthcare. We focus on adult and pediatric primary care services and have a lab on premises for any necessary immunizations and lab work needed. Our services include adult and pediatric physical exams, immunizations, treatment of acute and chronic illness, prenatal care and delivery, minor office procedures, and specialty referral, when appropriate. We take all patients and accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and uninsured patients for a small fee.
