Metrix Research Group

Metrix Research Group provides administrative support for a team of ministry, research and development professionals. Our principles have over 80 years of ministry experience in the fields of education, healthcare, non-profit and project management, community development and research in more than 50 countries. Associates also bring experience to the group with medical, psychology and IT to round our collective capacity to offer support to our client partners. Since 2011 Metrix has completed projects with 10 agencies in 11 countries. To address institutional concerns about cross-cultural effectiveness, MRG has developed "Trans-Cultural Intelligence (T-CQ) processes to increase the effectiveness of multi-cultural teams working either in the US or international contexts. This approach is currently being further developed for wide spread use in the short-term missions community to increase effectiveness and impact.
