The Virtual Tele-Medical Center came about by a need expressed by a Dr who is committed to Medical MIssions and found a need to assist Remote Medical Personnel in Diagnosing or second diagnosis and a care plan. We are currently in a Phase I to offer services to the Asian Market with Phase II & III of Eastern Europe, Africa and South America.
