About the organization
Organization
YES I DO was established in July 20th, 2013 by Mr. Bahati Richardson and M/s Nenelwa Kushoka, the two had earlier met at the Good Samaritan Training Center Morogoro in 2007, when the former was coordinating the center and teaching while the later came to attend remedial classes there.
The co-founders saw the way children in Tanzania are mistreated by some cruel parents in their families, the homeless harassed and physically abused by some older people, the disabled of all sorts have no protection/support and the government is silent, whereas, those in schools do not have voices for them against unfriendly services, scarcity of learning facilities and poor learning/teaching environment with corporal punishments.
On the other hand, youth are denied/discriminated from vital economic opportunities including being disregarded in employment as they are demanded some work experiences at their entry levels regardless they are from college
